Green Lake School-Age Care Program Registration Information for the 2021-2022 School Year
GLSA will be running a full day summer camp from June 28th-September 3rd, 2021. Please see the summer camp page for more information on that.
GLSA will be providing an after school care enrichment program and full day care for no school days for the 2021-2022 school year. Depending on need we may add a before school care option.
For families currently enrolled during the 2020-2021 school year:
Registration begins on Friday, March 12th, 2021 for families who have a regular schedule with GLSA during the 2020-2021 school year. You will have your schedule at the time of registration guaranteed to you as long as you return your completed paperwork by Friday, March 26th
For families who had a regular schedule with GLSA previous to the Covid-19 closure in March and families new to GLSA:
Registration for the 2021-2022 school year begins on Friday, April 2nd. Priority will be given to families previously enrolled with a regular schedule in the 2020-2021 school year.
Registrations will be first come, first served via email starting on 4/2/21.

*Please note that no registration packets will be accepted ahead of the appropriate registration date for the summer 2021 & 2021-2022 school year programs.
*Due to the uncertainties of the Covid-19 pandemic, our plans and enrollment numbers are subject to change.
Registration Information for the 2020-2021 School support program!
GLSA is open and providing school support and full day care (7:30am-6:00pm) for the 2020-2021 school year. Our program is currently organized into four, socially distancing pods of ten children per day with one teacher helping them with their online school work and then providing outdoor play and enrichment and social activities in the afternoon. We have a handful of spots still available. Please call GLSA to find out more if you are interested in enrolling your child or would like to schedule a tour.
*Due to Covid restrictions tours will be kept to 10 minutes or less and are restricted to one adult. Masks must be worn in the center and all individuals entering the center need to complete a Covid screening.
Green Lake School- Age Care Program (GLSA) is a state licensed, not-for-profit, socially and emotionally focused program that provides high quality before and after school care and a full day summer camp for children ages 5-12. Staff are trained in research based communication tools that help foster the social and emotional learning and well being of the children in our care.

- Download and fill out completely the Certificate of Immunization status (pdf)
- (For new families only) bring a check for $35 to “Green Lake School-Age Care Program” (The $35 registration fee is a one time, non refundable fee)
